As a woman owned small business (WOSB) we are able to provide our clients with a more personal experience. Although business challenges have become increasingly more complex, our educated, experienced consultants have the tenacity and skillset to work with our clients to identify and implement a solution that is cost effective for long term organizational sustainability.

With over 20 years of multi-level business, real estate, and executive management experience, Marvetta Bozeman’s approach is fundamentally different. Her nurturing service, authenticity, and award-winning business savviness has earned her an excellent reputation within the business community. Sharing with clients her philosophy that success begins with little, every day, moment-to-moment choices that we make and empowering them to make sound, strategic, analytical choices has been one of her introductory techniques towards success.
Marvetta continues to build strong, ethical, educated teams, while collaborating with some of Atlanta’s most influential individuals, developers, and institutions in efforts to assist her clients reach their organizational goals. In addition to her hands-on experience in business and leadership, Marvetta’s extensive educational background allows her to provide her clients with scholarly, researched based processes and procedures. She holds a Certificate in Human Resource Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Change Management, a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, and a Doctorate in Business Administration.
